Memorial - Buckingham Palace - Queen Victoria
This is in front of Buckingham Palace, it was made from white marble and bronze and was planned by Queen Victoria’s son - King Edward VII, it took almost 10 years to complete and was unveiled by King George V, 16th May 1911. The monument was designed by English architect, Sir Aston Webb.
Nearest tube stations are Hyde Park Corner or Green Park, both Piccadilly Line, it is about a 10- minute walk to Buckingham Palace.
