Charles Dickens (1812-1870) wrote many books about Victorian England.  The museum is open Wednesday - Sunday 10.00 am to 5.00 pm.  

Admission £10.00 to £13.00 check website for special offers. The museum was the home of Dickens and where he wrote many of his most famous novels; explore his study and imagine Dickens sitting at his desk.  Dickens bought the house a few months before Queen Victoria’s reign.
