Cambridge University - King John
Cambridge University was founded during King John’s reign – 1209.
Trains depart from London’s Kings Cross Station to Cambridge - average travelling time one hour (fastest train 48 minutes). Cambridge University is the second oldest English-speaking university (and the third oldest surviving university) in the world. Numerous tours are available.
The university is spread out at several sites; it has 31 colleges and over 100 libraries.
