St George’s Chapel Windsor - King Edward IV

King Edward IV rebuilt St George’s Chapel, Windsor in 1475 but it was completed by King Henry VIII, in 1528.

If not attending a service, open to the public as part of a visit to Windsor Castle (Monday to Saturday). Entrance fee - Adult £30.00 Children £19.50.

Travelling from London to Windsor by train

Trains depart from Waterloo Station (direct) to Windsor & Eton Riverside and take approximately 50 minutes.  Trains also depart from Paddington Station (change) to Windsor & Eton Riverside - approximately 40 minutes. It is a 10-minute walk from the railway station to the chapel. Trains normally run every 20 minutes.
